Supporting program for e-economy development

Under measure 8.1 (Supporting the business activity in the e-economy field) of the Operational Programme Innovative Economy the Agency supports projects which consist of providing services electronically (e-services) and generation of digital products necessary for the provision of such services. Desired result of the project is to produce, provide and update digital services.

In addition to the development of e-services, co-financing is also available for projects which stimulate joint business projects pursued between entrepreneurs in electronic format. The leading Idea behind measure 8.2 (Implementation of B2B Systems in enterprises) of the OPIE is to implement in Polish enterprises state-of-the-art ICT technologies to facilitate the strengthening of cooperation with their European partners.

Support system also includes a project which consists of the launching by the PARP of an Internet portal “We support E-Business” (www.web.gov.pl) promoting the development in companies of new innovative e-services and innovative solutions for electronic business. The portal also aims at reducing technological, economic and psychological barriers to the use of e-services in society.

Almost one billion and 200 million zloty are allocated to activities targeted at promoting the use of electronic services and the Internet in companies.

The presentation will be submitted to the impact of grants on economic development and ICT development in Poland: the number of jobs created, the value of the funds allocated for employment professionals, the value of investments in information systems and modern infrastructure.
