Managing Director of Issy Média, a public-private company in charge of the communication and the Information Technologies within the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux. Prior to joining Issy Média in 1998, Eric was Director of the Mayor’s office in Issy-les-Moulineaux, a medium-sized city in Paris, considered as one of the most advanced in France in the use of ICT.

Eric Legale is co-ordinating the ICT-projects of Issy-les-Moulineaux and is in charge of organizing the Worldwide Forum on e-Democracy - a major event annually hosted by the city since 2000. He represents the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux in European co-operation projects and international networks related to ICT (Global Cities Dialogue on Information Society, Intelligent Communities Forum, World e-Government Organization of cities and local governments.
