Registration and payment are possible via WISE 2009 on-line Registration Form. After completing the on-line registration and confirming your registration data you will be able to choose the payment method. It is possible to pay on-line with credit card or off-line with bank transfer.

Credit card
For credit card payment you will be redirected to a secure payments Web site. Please note that the payment and invoice for all kinds of fees are issued in Polish zlotys (PLN); thus, the charged amount in euro may slightly differ from prices listed in table below.

Bank transfer
For bank transfer payment you will be redirected to a web page with account number and other related information (you can also find it below). Please ensure the amount due is the actual amount received by the WSIE 2009 Organization, i.e., make sure that all bank expenses are supported by the attendees. The bank transfer operation should mention "WISE 2009 registration" and refer the attendee's full name, as in the registration form. After the operation, please send to the WISE 2009 Organization the bank transfer receipt using fax +48 618480549.

There will be a limited number of scholarships available for students that are not authors of papers and can provide valid Certificate from their University or Institution. Scholarship will cover full or partial cost of the conference fee.
To apply for a scholarship students have to:

• prepare an individual scholarship application letter;

• download and complete the WISE 2009 Registration Form;

• prepare a photocopy of their student Certificate.

All above documents should be send by fax to the Conference Office at +48 618480549. Each scholarship application will be reviewed individually by conference organizers and decision will be sent to the email address indicated at the top of the Registration Form.

To make sure we can check your eligibility, please forward your acceptance notification email. Please also include your full name, your e-mail address, and the number of your submitted papers into the message.
Please note that we can issue the invitation only if you have an accepted paper at the conference or an associated workshop.

For cancellations before September 06, 2008, there will be a charge of 50 €. In case of a cancellation afterwards (but before the start of the conference), 50% of the registration fee will be retained. Cancellations after the start of the conference will not be entertained.
