
Papers should be prepared according to the
Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science format, have a maximum of 14 pages, and must be in the PDF format.
Submissions which deviate from these guidelines may be rejected without review. Submissions will be judged for scientific quality and
for suitability as a basis for broader discussion.
Authors should certify that their paper represents original work and is previously unpublished. Simultaneous submission to any other conference, workshop or journal is
strictly excluded. In case a double submission is discovered, the corresponding paper will be rejected immediately.
Authors of all accepted papers are required to send a signed copyright form (PDF) as required by Springer
Submission to WISE 2009 is electronic only. Authors are asked to create a submission system account first. Subsequently,
this account can be used to submit one or more papers.
