The Department is involved in both research and industrial projects. The goal of the research projects is the development of new e-business technologies. The aim of the industrial projects is to implement e-business technologies into the business processes.

UbiqUI

UbiqUI - Ubiquitous mobile user interfaces for
industrial monitoring and control applications

The aim of
this project is to develop a solution that provides an efficient user interface of industrial monitoring and control
applications on any device and allows seamless
migration of the UI from one device to
another. Solution that is future proof, i.e. it allows proper presentation
of the user interface on devices that will emerge in the future and will
introduce form factors and capabilities that were not known beforehand.
