Mgr inż. Zbigniew Paszkiewicz uczestniczył w międzynarodowym kongresie The 20th World Business Congress of the International Management Development Association IMDA 2011, która odbyła się w Poznaniu na Uniwersytecie Ekonomicznym w Poznaniu w dniach od 5 do 7 lipca 2011. W trakcie sesji Global Information and Technology Management, mgr inż. Paszkiewicz wygłosił referat pt. "Computer Supported Collaborative Processes in Virtual Organizations" (autorzy: Paszkiewicz, Z., W. Cellary). Referat ten otrzymał nagrodę Best Paper Award.
