Prof. Wojciech Cellary wziął udział w charakterze zaproszonego eksperta w spotkaniu Expert Group Meeting (EGM)"Governance, Public Administration and Technology for Post 2015 Development", które odbyło się w Genewie w dniach od 3 do 5 lipca 2013 r. Organizatorem spotkania był Departament Spraw Ekonomicznych i Społecznych ONZ (United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs – UNDESA), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) oraz Uniwersytet Narodów Zjednoczonych (United Nations University - UNU). Prof. Cellary wygłosił wykład pt. “Building IT Infrastructure for Post-2015 e-Governance Development: Cloud Computing and Service-Oriented Architecture”.
