On October 18, the ceremony of presenting the University Rector's awards to researchers took place. The prizes were awarded to:
Prof. Wojciech Cellary - Individual Award the Rector of The Poznan University of Economics and Business for organizational and image achievements, especially for strengthening the image of the University of Economics in Poznań by unusual popular-science and journalistic activity in the press, radio, television and social media.
Prof. Jacek Chmielewski and Adam Wójtowicz, PhD, Team Achievement Award of the Rector of The Poznan University of Economics for outstanding achievements in research and publications in recognized international journals in 2017
